Return Policies

Preference Returns

If you received your product and you've decided you would like to return the items because of preference reasons, please notify us within five (5) business days from the day of delivery to contact us and request a return. All returns must be in new and non-installed condition with original packaging including pallet/s. If you purchased the items in a set, you must return the full set (i.e. the vanity and top). You will have to cover the return shipping cost as well as the 25% restocking fee. 

Please email with your return request as well as your confirmation number and item(s) SKU, so we can process your refund minus the 25% restocking fee upon receiving your item(s) in excellent condition. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

*Please note this return policy applies to all products except those manufactured by the Bosconi brand. If you wish to return a Bosconi product, you must notify us to request the return within three (3) calendar days (72 hours) of delivery. 

Returns or Exchanges Due To Product Defects

If you discover a defect with your new item, please notify us within five (5) business days of receiving the product and we will process the request for a replacement part with the manufacturer. Please note that all defective items must be returned in the original packaging. 

In addition, all of our products are covered by limited warranties of the subsequent manufacturers and provide limited coverage of defective parts. If you have a defective part and would like a replacement, please reach out to us and we'd be happy to help put you in touch with the manufacturer. 

This policy is for products that have a defect and does not include products that may have arrived damaged due to shipping and handling. Although damages due to shipping and handling is a rare event, these items can be fragile. For that process, please review our shipping policies.

Please note that our return policy and manufacturer-provided warranties on products do not extend to any plumbing or components damaged due to improper installation by any individual or third-party dealer.

*For this reason, we highly recommend to our customers that you hire an experienced plumber to properly install your bathroom vanity and related accessories. 

Order Cancellations

If you just placed your order and we didn’t ship your products yet, please contact us immediately for a refund minus a $25 processing fee.

All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If your order has shipped, you will have to refuse the package and the carrier will send it back to us. You will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. The item must be shipped back in the original packaging and in excellent condition. *We recommend insuring the package to ensure the return shipment arrives in perfect condition.

The manufacturer will inspect the returned items to ensure it is still in excellent condition and in original packaging, and once approved, we'll issue a credit to your account minus the 25% restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
